Due to a technical issue, the Blackhawk School Board Agenda for the April 18th meeting was not posted 24 hours in advance of this evening's board meeting. As per PA Sunshine Act, school districts are required to post 24 hours in advance, therefore, in order to not violate this Act, the board meeting for this evening, April 18, will be rescheduled for Tuesday, April 23 at 6:30PM in the high school library.
