The Chippewa Township Police Department and the Blackhawk School District have partnered so that two School Resource Officers will support our students in the buildings. Officer Jesse Richman and Corporal Jake Delmonico started on January 3, 2023. We welcome Corporal Delmonico and Officer Richman and look forward to our continued partnership!

It’s come to the School District’s attention today, December 9, 2022, that charges were filed against a former teacher. The teacher in question resigned earlier this year. No current Blackhawk students, employees, or staff are involved in this matter, and the District will continue to cooperate with law enforcement as necessary.
